Oh, boy, some real good points here. My pet peeve is the excessive CC list - which I think is indicative of a “CYA” culture. If someone is being CC-ed it should be the final conclusion of a thread and that’s it. If someone doesn’t need to be in the “To” line, they don’t need every %*&!@($ response and back and forth, just the conclusion. My filters...
This is a great presentation on corporate culture. I’m impressed by the manner in which corporate values are not just stated, but the effects of those values are included, as well as how those values are embedded in day to day work, and how they all fit together to lead to success.
